He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universit\u00e9 Paris VII and completed advanced training in emergency medicine at Universit\u00e9 Paris XII. Throughout his career, he has led several emergency departments and prehospital care services, notably with the French SAMU, before continuing his practice in Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2020, Dr. Hazan has been practicing at CISSS de l\u2019Outaouais, dedicating his medical expertise exclusively to emergency care since 2023. His strong background in critical care and proven leadership make him a valuable asset to the field.
