Françoise Houle

Co-owner, Nurse

Françoise Houle is a registered nurse and co-owner of the private medical clinic Services de santé Marleen Tassé (SSMT) in Gatineau. A graduate of the Cégep de l’Outaouais nursing program and a member of the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec (OIIQ) since 2016, Françoise began her career in the emergency department at Hull Hospital and the intensive care unit at CHUM in Montreal, where she gained strong expertise in critical care.

In October 2020, she took on the role of clinic manager, showcasing her sharp organizational skills and dedication to healthcare excellence. By June 2023, she furthered her commitment to the clinic by acquiring the business, becoming its general manager and co-owner. In this role, she combines her clinical expertise with entrepreneurial vision to enhance the accessibility of private healthcare services in the region.

Having participated in multiple management coaching sessions through the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce, Françoise is recognized for her team-building skills, discipline, and ability to inspire her staff. Driven by a passion for meeting the community’s growing healthcare needs, she is fully committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment.
