Shela is a passionate nurse specializing in women’s health, sexual health, and podiatric care. A graduate in nursing from the Cégep de l’Outaouais in 2016, she completed her specialization in foot care at La Cité Collégiale in 2018. As a member of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ), she has accumulated over seven years of experience in private clinical practice, earning a reputation for excellence.
Shela is particularly distinguished in STBBI prevention and as an expert in sexual and women’s health. Known for her attentive listening and empathetic approach, she creates a trusting environment that respects diversity and offers a judgment-free space. She is also trained in hormone therapy for transgender individuals and bioidentical hormones, making her a valuable ally to LGBTQ+ communities.
